About
Aurora is the founder of ANC Attorneys at Law. Over a 17-year career, her practice has covered a broad range of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, capital markets, and foreign investment, with a focus in recent years on cross-border transactions in Asia-Pacific. Her clients range from state-owned enterprises and multinational corporations to start-up founders. In 2013, she advised on the largest foreign direct investment of the year, a US$1.6 billion power plant joint venture. Aurora helped develop the legal framework and roadmap for e-commerce regulation in Indonesia with the Ministry of Trade and the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, and advised Rocket Internet SE on investments in companies that grew into major Southeast Asian tech players. She is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
